Rates are calculated at normal working hours unless otherwise agreed.
Goods remain the property of Simply IT and NextGen Technology cc until payment is recieved in full.
Goods returned will be subject to a 15% handling charge and/or an installation charge.
We reserve the right to withdraw a quotation should it be accepted in part only.
Should it be accepted separatly or broken into parts, the installation prices will alter due to additional costs involved.
Contractual or tender details will be adhered to in conjuction with the contract between both parties.
Any variations or alternative instructions will be charged accordingly.
Credit and any other background checks may be carried out on Simply IT and NextGen Technology cc Customers.
Electronic copies of documents (e-mails, scans , faxes , etc) are acceptable as originals.
Quotations are based on a visual inspection using information supllied, any additional costs arising
from variations, hidden or unapparent obstructions, will be charged to the Customer accordingly.
Delays caused by any third party on site, lack of Customer co-operation or preparation, will be charged to the customer.
Prices are subject to exchange rate fluctuations and are subject to the exchange rate at the time of delivery.
The Cabling installation guarentee is valid for 1 year, unless otherwise agreed.
The Installation is guaranteed against faulty workmanship and materials, both of which will rectified free of charge during this period.
This does not include damage by the customer or any Third party, nor does it imply free maintenance.
Failure caused by acts of God and physical abuse are not covered by the warranty.
The equipment warranty is 1 year from date invoiced, unless otherwise stated.
The equipment is guaranteed against normal failure. Repairs to the equipment will be for
Simply IT and NextGen Technology cc account but any call-outs and/or transport
costs will be for the customer account, unless a maintenance agreement is entered into with
Simply IT and NextGen Technology cc
Failure caused by the acts of God and physical abuse are not covered by the Warranty
Goods supplied correctly as per the Customers order will be accepted back Only if
Simply IT and NextGen Technology cc is unable to get the equipment working as per quotation.
Installation charges will be for the customer account.
Quotation is valid for fifteen (15) days from date of quotation or as otherwise stipulated
Payment is due on presentation of an invoice of, for certain Customers having completed
a Simply IT and NextGen Technology cc Credit application, 30 days from date of invoice.
Claims do not exonerate the customer from payment of the goods when the relevant invoices
fall due for payment.
Legal costs for the recovery of overdue payments will be for the customers account.
Prices exclude VAT, unless otherwise indicated.
In accordance with the law, every payment must be accompanied by a remittance advice.
Notwithstanding the delivery of any goods to the customer or their customer, ownership thereof shall not pass until
Simply IT and NextGen Technology cc has recieved payment of the full contract price.
Simply IT and NextGen Technology cc does not accept any liability for damage (howsoever arising) to property, theft, loss of life,
loss of business or any other consequential loss, due to any direct or indirect cause and the customer
hereby indemnifies and hold blameless Simply IT and NextGen Technology cc against any such claim.
